The second episode of Battlestar Galactica starts addressing the resource question when a saboteur vents 60% of Galactica's water reserves into space, just as the fleet needs it the most!  Turns out Boomer is doing some questionable stuff, and she doesn't even know she's a Cylon sleeper agent!  And Chief Tyrol is covering for her because, it turns out, they're having an affair!  Can the crew find more water in time before the fleet tears itself apart?
