Marvel Studios has released the official full trailer for Sam Raimi’s Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, which is different from the trailer that premiered at the end of Spider-Man: No Way Home.
The new film follows in the wake of WandaVision, Loki, and Strange’s actions in Spider-Man: No Way Home, focusing on the impact these events had on the multiverse. The post-WandaVision version of Elizabeth Olsen’s Wanda Maximoff/Scarlet Witch plays a key role in the film, and we see a variant of Doctor Strange causing some trouble.
Also returning are Benedict Wong, Rachel McAdams, and Chiwetel Ejiofor. The film is directed by famed Spider-Man and Evil Dead director Sam Raimi, and is meant to kick off the next phase of the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness opens in theaters on May 6th. What do you think of the trailer? Let us know in the comments!
