This the Woman In The Window official trailer reaction is one of mild curiosity as Kadish remembers first seeing the trailer for this Amy Adams and Julianne Moore movie YEARS ago, only to finally see that it is now a Netflix original film (obviously one Netflix bought) to be released in the streamer's ambitious "New content every week" strategy.
Netflix's The Woman In The Window is basically a take on Alfred Hitchcock's "Rear Window" where Amy Adams becomes convinced her neighbor/friend was murdered and everyone else thinks she's crazy. And she kinda is, considering she's agoraphobic and on all types of medications.
Anyway, the Woman in the Window seems to be your run-of-the-mill thriller. Can Amy Adams and the rest of this talented cast carry this troubled movie over the finish line? I guess we'll see.
