The Batman Spoiler Review has the Salty Nerds asking why everyone is flipping out over this movie - is it really that good, or is it overrated?
There's a lot to like about The Batman. Robert Pattinson does a great job as the Dark Knight, but he falls a little short in the Bruce Wayne category. Collin Farrell is amazing as The Penguin, Zoe Kravitz does a good job as Catwoman, and Paul Dano is in the movie. Jeffrey Wright is the new Gordon, and he does a fantastic job as always.
This is the first movie to really give us the "Detective" aspect of The Batman. It also has an interesting "horror movie vibe" to it, and probably one of the best Batmobile chases on film.
But the movie is not perfect, and the Nerds have their fair share of salt to dump on it. That being said, overall, this movie has more going for it than it has going against it.
