The Road Warrior review from the Salty Nerds has them wondering if this is really where society is headed due to high gas prices.
Due to an extremely limited theatrical release of the first movie, this film had its title changed from Mad Max 2 to The Road Warrior. Mel Gibson returns to reprise his role of Mad Max and this time he's fighting on the side of colonists who are refining gasoline and are being threatened by a roving band of marauders lead by hockey-mask wearing LORD HUMUNGUS.
George Miller pulls out all the stops in his post-apocalyptic sequel to the original Mad Max. More cars, more car chases, more crazy stunts, and more over-the-top characters make The Road Warrior a true modern classic.
