The Nevers Episode 1 & 2 Review from the Salty Nerds has the Nerds geeking out over all the Joss Whedon goodness that's packed into the first two episodes of this HBO series.
Their The Nevers Episode 1 review starts off with discussing this new world of "The Touched" and how it seems very similar to the X-Men. Laura Donnelly is basically Buffy, and Joss just took every cool idea he could think of and tossed it into one show!
The Nerds then do their The Nevers Episode 2 review and talk about how all the plot twists and reveals would have been killer for a season finale, but we're getting these "Holy Crap" moments in just the second episode!
So far, The Nevers TV show has been most impressive, and though Joss Whedon has had his troubles lately, his dialogue, plotting, and direction have been on point with this series so far, and the Salty Nerds are loving it!
