Lucasfilm just announced that Simon Kinberg, the hack behind some of the worst movies and TV shows ever, has been tapped by Kathleen Kennedy to create a new trilogy of Star Wars movies.
Simon Kinberg is the guy who destroyed FOX's X-Men franchise and also made one of the worst science fiction shows ever - Invasion - on APPLETV+. So of course leave it to Kathleen Kennedy to hire him for the biggest franchise on the planet. The Salty Nerds discuss this development in detail.
