Star Trek Discovery season 4 trailer reaction from the Salty Nerds - Will Discovery finally be good?
Probably not, but the Nerds have come to accept that Star Trek is essentially dead, at least so long as Alex Kurtzman is in charge. Star Trek Discovery season 3 was a step in the right direction, but ultimately was a disappointment, and the Star Trek Discovery season 4 trailer doesn't seem to be doing anything new for the series.
Star Trek Discovery season 4 has the crew of the Discovery, lead by Captain Michael Burnham (finally!) struggling with some strange gravitational anomaly in what looks like another season-long story arc. The Star Trek Discovery crew (who we still don't know the names of) have new uniforms, and that's about it!
This new Star Trek Discovery season 4 trailer doesn't do much to get us hyped, but Kadish is still going to watch it because he's a glutton for punishment.
Also - CBS/Viacom are a bunch of jerks, and were copystriking the use of the trailer in the video, which is why we had to remove it. So blame them for not getting to see the trailer along with the Nerds' reactions!
