There's something strange in your neighborhood, and it's 4 Salty Nerds talking about the Ghostbusters movies!
First up, the Nerds review the classic 1984 fantasy adventure comedy, Ghostbusters. Filled with quotable lines, a stellar cast, amazing ideas, and some genuine scares, Ghostbusters is a classic film all the Nerds can agree is an amazing movie.
What isn't so amazing is its sequel, Ghostbusters 2, which is basically the same movie as the original Ghostbusters, but nowhere near as good. Everything from the big bad Vigo to Bobby Brown's themesong just doesn't work, unfortunately.
Finally, the Nerds round out the show by talking about the abysmal attempt to reboot the Ghostbusters franchise with Ghostbusters 2016. The so-called comedy from hack director Paul Feig. Yes, the movie looks really nice, but that's about all the good you can say about it. (At least it is for the Salty Nerds.)
