In this episode of Eureka entitled Dr Nobel - a doomsday weapon makes an appearance in the center of town and Sheriff Carter smells trouble!
To make matters worse, the system is so old, that Eureka doesn't have any record of it, and Henry, Stark, and Fargo have no idea how to disarm it. Thus, Carter is forced to go to Eureka's retirement home and find the scientist responsible for creating the doomsday weapon. Unfortunately, the scientists isn't "all there" mentally.
With the help of Allison, Carter uses experimental technology to "mind meld" with the scientist to find clues to disarm the death rays. But will it work, and will Carter be able to prevent World War III in time?
