Looking for some good Samurai Movies to watch? Well, the Salty Nerds watch some movies with the word SAMURAI in their title, which is the next best thing.
First up is their The Last Samurai review. This classic movie about honor and loyalty stars Tom Cruise and Ken Wantanabi and is totally beloved by all the Salty Nerds. And yes, Tom Cruise does all his own stunts in this movie too!
Next is the dystopian post-apocalyptic sci-fi rock n' roll wandering warrior flick Six String Samurai - a favorite of Kadish's but not so much for everyone else. If you like movies about a Buddy Holly lookalike killing lots of Russians with a sword, then this movie is for you!
Finally, the Salty Nerds try to figure out what "Katana" means with their Samurai Cop review. This "so bad its good" classic doesn't have any Samurai, martial arts, or redeeming qualities to it, but it sure is fun to talk about!
