The Salty Nerds tack 70s Dystopian Films as they review Deathrace 2000, Logan's Run, and The Warriors.

The first thing the Nerds learned is that there are no bras in the future, and there are plenty of boobs on full display in these oppressive regimes! But no one is complaining - especially MattVader74.

Deathrace 2000 is the classic Roger Corman movie and Sylvester Stallone's first non-adult film about a cross-country race that racks up points by running over civilians. It also stars David Carradine and is a ton of cheesy fun (like most Corman films are).

Logan's Run shows us a utopian society where no one is allowed to live past 30. Before that, they spend their time chilling out in clubs, doing drugs, and teleporting into random people's rooms for sex. Sounds like a great future, doesn't it?

Finally, we have The Warriors, which gives us a glimpse of a New York City in the near future where thousands of gangs run rampant. The Warriors are accused of killing a prominent gang leader and must fight their way back to the safety of Coney Island. Can you dig it?
