Salty Nerd Reviews: Battlestar Galactica - The Miniseries (2003)

Battlestar Galactica The Mini-Series review from the Salty Nerds has them talking about the 3-hour kick off to what is arguably one of the best science fiction TV series ever made.

Created by Ronald D. Moore and based on the original Battlestar Galactica show from Glen A. Larson, this "reimagining" of the Battlestar Universe stars Edward James Olmos, Mary McDonnell, Katee Sackhoff, James Calis, and Tricia Helfer.

The mini series shows the events of a Cylon attack against the Twelve Colonies where humanity is all but wiped out.  Only a select few on a fleet of ships survive, and it is up to the almost decommissioned crew of the last Battlestar from the Cylon Wars to protect them.
