Hellboy Week: Hellboy II The Golden Army (2008)

Hellboy II The Golden Army movie review from the Salty Nerds has them impressed that this is one of those scenarios where the sequel is better than the original.  

The second in a proposed trilogy of Hellboy films from legendary director Guillermo del Toro, Ron Perlman is back as the titular "demon cop" with both Selma Blair and Doug Jones reprising their roles as Liz Sherman and Abe Sapien, respectively.  This time around, some pesky Elves are looking to destroy humanity by gaining control of the Golden Army, a legion of robot soldiers that are quite indestructible.  The only question is if the BPRD will be able to stop them in time.
